Staff were amazing especially Jack who did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed plus more! Other great and helpful staff were Ashley, Sue and I believe her name was Chloe? We also met the manager who was so lovely. Absolutely everyone was so friendly and cheerful. The room was amazing with a beautifully kept balcony, everything was clean and neat. The free breakfast was so tasty and plenty of options available! We were going to the theatre and my mum struggles to walk a long way so it was the ideal distance for the theatre (about a 5 minute walk)

Well cleaned and comes with tea/coffee and a kettle. - Bathroom was spacious and better than a premier inn or travelodge, especially the shower. - Definitely recommend this place over any other hotel in plymouth as it is located on the main high street and my experience was better than other major hotel companies. - Breakfast was included, Plenty of choices. Tea, Coffee, orange and apple juice, range of pasteries and cereals.

The room was warm and comfortable with great facilities. The staff were all friendly and helpful, did everything with a smile. When I booked I asked if there was anything that could be done to make the occasion stand out and the staff got it spot on with the Duty Manager providing some chocolates for us on arrival with a lovely welcome note for us. The team here is brilliant, thank you to every one of them for making our brief visit so memorable.

The location for me was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The continental breakfast was just enough. The room was clean and tidy and had extra pillows. Could have done with air con but that’s coming apparently. Gave us an extra half hour to check out after the time as I’m disabled. The bathroom was a brilliant size for disabled. Plenty of room in the room. Perfect situation for shopping and all amenities.

Room was just right for myself and my daughter, the bed was hard but I’m used to a softer bed. The room was good with everything we needed. The lady at the breakfast hall was excellent, very friendly and tended everyone that came in. She is by far the most helpful and friendly assistant that I have ever come across in Plymouth, she is a credit to your establishment.
